Keynote 2026
Stephanie "Snow" Carruthers
Stephanie "Snow" Carruthers is an internationally recognized social engineering expert, red team operator, and founder of Snowfensive.
A DEF CON Black Badge winner for the Social Engineering Capture the Flag competition, Stephanie has spent more than a decade helping organizations understand how attackers leverage trust, psychology, and publicly available information to bypass even the most sophisticated technical defenses.
Through realistic phishing campaigns, vishing engagements, physical security assessments, and red team operations, Stephanie demonstrates how human behavior remains one of the most targeted—and most important—areas of cybersecurity. Her expertise in OSINT and custom attack pretexts has made her a sought-after speaker, consultant, and trainer throughout the security community.
Whether she's uncovering security weaknesses or teaching others how to defend against them, Stephanie brings a unique perspective on the human side of cybersecurity that is both engaging and eye-opening.
